About our Founder
Keith Skane is a Certified Public Accountant and has
been licensed in Maryland since 1973 and California since 1979. Keith
passed the CPA examination in 1972 on his first attempt - an accomplishment
achieved by less than 5% of all Certified Public Accountants. Keith has
diversified experience working at both national and local public accounting
firms. He is experienced in working with clients from very small through
Fortune 500 in size. Keith blends his education, intelligence, and experience to
save clients tax money year after year.
Keith is a knowledgeable and creative tax
professional. His most knowledgeable areas of tax planning and preparation are:

- Consulting and Service Business
- Real Estate Analysis
- Tax Deferred Exchanges
Keith received his Bachelor of Science from the
University of Maryland in 1972 and has done post graduate studies in law and
taxation at the Universities of Maryland and California. Keith has also taken various
continuing education courses over the years.
